These terms apply to every order placed through this store.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable or the order looks fraudulent.
Pricing
Prices shown come directly from our store and are in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and any expedited shipping are calculated at checkout.
Product information
We describe the scale as accurately as we can. Photography shows the product in use; food shown is not included. Specifications may change slightly between production batches.
Nutrition data
The nutrition figures shown in the app are estimates from its food database and are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the scale or the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zitvel is established. Statutory consumer rights in your own country are unaffected.
