Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are packed the same day. Orders after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are packed the next business day.

Standard shipping is free on every order. Costs for any expedited option are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with a tracking link once the carrier scans your parcel.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Those charges are not included in the order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong or incomplete address
Email support@zitvel.com with your order number as soon as possible. Before the parcel ships we can correct the address; once it is with the carrier we have to wait for it to return before reshipping.
