The process

Contact Zitvel
Email support@zitvel.com with your order number and the reason for the return, within 30 days of delivery.
Receive instructions
We reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for that email before shipping anything back.
Send your item
Pack the scale with its box, batteries and accessories in resellable condition and ship it to the address we send you.
Refund processed
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection.

Return window
30 days from delivery to request a return. The scale should be in resellable condition with its box, batteries and accessories.
Return postage
We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.
Damaged on arrival
Send photos of the parcel and the scale within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
Refund timing
Within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
2-year warranty
The scale is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery.
Warranty exclusions
Not covered: water damage from submersion, drops, or normal wear on the platform surface.
