We collect what we need to sell you a scale and ship it. Nothing more.
What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address and order contents when you buy. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our systems.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer support requests, and send transactional order emails.
Processors
Our store and checkout run on Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers. Delivery carriers receive the address details needed to deliver your parcel.
Analytics and cookies
We use essential cookies for the cart and checkout, plus aggregate analytics to understand which pages are used. We do not sell personal data.
Marketing email
We only email you about products if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@zitvel.com. Order records we are legally required to keep are the exception.
The app
The nutrition app is provided by its own publisher and has a separate privacy policy shown in the App Store and Google Play listings.
